Most of DA artists (hell... everyone, I think) have their specific style, right. One person draws in manga style, that one draws wolves, that one cartoon-like characters, another one is a horse artist, then that one draws dragons or bigger heads or claw-like nails or whatever reason you can think of that separates them from the other artists (besides level, so to speak). Then there's me. One time I draw anime, then I try this cartoon-thing, I even try drawing animals, suck at it, get back to humans, try drawing chibis, a zillion different styles and I'm still at square one.
Know what I mean?
THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.
Seriously, I've been trying to find a basic style I'd use for my drawings all the time. Variety is a good thing, I don't deny that, it's just that don't-want-to-always-start-from-scratch thing. Maybe I'm saying nonsense, dunno, it's past 1 AM, blame the... -sighs- me. Sitting here with a paper and pencil staring at pics and desperately trying to draw something, ANY-FREAKING-THING, that isn't from someone else's head.
-sighs-
Ummm... yeah. Cookies for you if you actually managed to suffer through the whole rant. I don't know what I should do. I don't want to draw if I'm not good at it, to get good at it I have to practice, and to practice I have to have a freaking style. I have to know where to begin. -sighs again-
-gives you all my cookies- I don't like 'em anyway.
